Do you suppose people are relying too much on computer programs to make corrections?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05524997255396796858noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1873889619654138974.post-29717320277077295032015-04-25T10:56:41.264-04:002015-04-25T10:56:41.264-04:00Also, what really bugs me is when an apostrophe is...Also, what really bugs me is when an apostrophe is used in the wrong place.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05524997255396796858noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1873889619654138974.post-38169497663564332072015-04-24T14:21:06.330-04:002015-04-24T14:21:06.330-04:00Hey Tricia, mine is the single-volume OED2, which ...Hey Tricia, mine is the single-volume OED2, which came out in 1991. And I go, "nnnooo, that makes no sense." Example, a coworkers father had passed away and a condolence email was written for him and sent out to the entire organization. It's a sad event but what I couldn't get past was that the deceased's name was misspelled twice in the email. And when you read on, it was spelled correctly. So all I can think of was why couldn't they correct that and spell the man's name right.Lidyhttps://pavingmyauthorsroad.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.com
